Sufficiency of evidence

Michael C. Loporchio appeals from an order determining that a restaurant he managed, T.G.I. Friday's, unlawfully sold alcohol to a minor in violation of City of Brookfield, Wis., Ordinance § 5.24.11(a). At trial, the City of Brookfield presented sufficient evidence that alcohol was served to a minor at T.G.I. Friday's. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
