ImageThomas Graham Jr., a partner in the Eau Claire law firm of Weld, Riley, Prenn & Ricci, has been named a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. Graham has been practicing law for 32 years.

Gonzalez Saggio & Harlan LLP has announced the opening of four new offices located in Cleveland, Ohio; Las Vegas, Nevada; New York, New York; and Washington D.C., bringing the total number of GSH offices to nine nationwide.

DeWitt Ross & Stevens announced the addition of Derek R. Kritzer to its Madison office.
Kritzer’s practice is focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, real estate, securities and intellectual property law. He received his J.D. degree from Marquette University Law School.

The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP announced that Matthew J. Duchemin has been promoted to partner at the firm’s Madison office.

Duchemin focuses his litigation practice on commercial disputes involving intellectual property, insurance broker malpractice, insurance agent regulation and various contracts for goods and services. He holds a law degree from Marquette University.

Josephine M. Petty, Marquette 2006, has joined Halling & Cayo, S.C. as an associate and will focus on Family Law, worker's compensation and general litigation.

The Fellows of the Wisconsin Law Foundation (WLF) are recognizing Atty. Robert L. Habush for his distinguished service to the legal profession. The Truman Q. McNulty Service Award was presented to Habush, of the Habush, Habush, & Rottier Law Offices on Nov. 14, 2007. Habush’s partner Atty. Daniel Rottier presented the award.

Created in memory of Truman Q. McNulty, one of the founders of the Fellows of the Wisconsin Law Foundation, the service award is given to persons who have dedicated a lifetime service to the legal profession in the state and nation. Past winners of the Truman Q. McNulty Service Award include Attorneys Jack DeWitt, Rod Kittleson, and former U.S. District Judge Thomas Curran.

Brian E. Butler, an attorney with Stafford Rosenbaum LLP, a law firm with offices in Madison and metro Milwaukee, has been admitted to The Fellows of the Wisconsin Law Foundation.

The Fellows organization was created in 1999 to honor members of the State Bar of Wisconsin who have both achieved significant accomplishments in their careers and contributed leadership and service to their communities.

Michael F. Hupy, Marquette 1972, has been accepted into the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He is president of Hupy and Abraham, S.C., Milwaukee.

Jason Abraham, Marquette 1992, has also been accepted to the forum. He is a partner with the firm.
