For the second year in a row, the Wisconsin Law Journal celebrated the efforts of law firm and court support staff during its Unsung Heroes awards luncheon. The newspaper recognized the contributions of 61 honorees from law firms and courts across the state. Each honoree received a certificate identifying them as an Unsung Hero of Wisconsin’s legal community. The event was held at the Italian Community Center in Milwaukee where honorees were recognized in eight categories – court staff, human resources, information technology, law firm administrators, law firm marketing, law library staff, legal secretaries, and paralegals. Awards were giving to one individual in each category and one person received an award for lifetime achievement.
