Reno D. Coffin appeals from a judgment entered after he pled guilty to armed robbery, while using a dangerous weapon. He also appeals from an order denying his motion to withdraw his guilty plea. Coffin claims that the trial court erred in summarily denying his motion without conducting an evidentiary hearing. Because the record conclusively refutes Coffin’s claim that his plea was involuntary and that he received ineffective assistance, he was not entitled to an evidentiary hearing; therefore, we affirm.
