“We conclude that O’Kon’s summary judgment evidence, which attest to the cultivating and improving of the property in question, see Wis. Stat. § 893.25(2)(b)2, are sufficient to raise a genuine issue of material fact as to the claim of adverse possession, especially in the absence of any evidentiary proof to the contrary.”

Reversed and remanded for further proceedings.
