Listen to this articleThe State of Wisconsin appeals from the trial court’s orders suppressing evidence and dismissing charges of entry into a locked vehicle and theft of movable property, party to a crime, against Miguel Rocha-Castro and Ricardo Miramontes-Santos. The State contends that the trial court erred in concluding that the police lacked the requisite reasonable suspicion to stop and detain the defendants.
We disagree with the State and affirm.
