Even though attorney Gregory J. Straub’s license to practice law had been suspended, in part for misuse of clients’ funds, we are satisfied that he has now satisfied all of the criteria for reinstatement and order that his petition for reinstatement be granted subject to quarterly monitoring of his client trust account by the OLR.

The recommendation of the referee is approved and the petition for reinstatement is granted.
