Travis Derks appeals the judgment of conviction for operating while intoxicated in violation of Wis. Stat. sec. 346.63(1)(a). He contends the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence on the ground that the officer did not have probable cause to arrest him.

We conclude there was probable cause and therefore affirm.
