Listen to this article

Tina Fleming appeals from a judgment of conviction for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence (OWI). Fleming argues that the trial court erroneously denied her motion to suppress evidence because there was no probable cause to give her a preliminary breath test (PBT) and therefore no probable cause for her arrest.

We disagree and affirm the judgment.
