Ramon C. Hall appeals from a judgment of conviction entered after he pled guilty to one count of armed robbery while concealing identity, party to a crime, one count of possession of a short-barreled shotgun, and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon. Hall contends that the trial court erred in failing to suppress his statements to police because the police failed to scrupulously honor his invocation of his right to remain silent.
