Where attorney Jonathan Lewis represented two parties to a complicated business transaction where the parties had conflicting interests and failed to obtain written consent from either party regarding the actual or potential conflict, we agree with the referee that attorney Lewis has engaged in serious professional misconduct warranting a 60-day suspension from the practice of law.
