Where attorney Virginia Rose Ray violated trust account rules by failing to place client funds in a separate trust account, she charged excessive fees and, in one case, refused to refund the unearned portion of the fee, she failed to maintain appropriate respect for the judiciary and her colleagues and she repeatedly refused to cooperate with Board investigators, we agree with the referee that a 60-day suspension of Ray’s license to practice law is warranted. Further, Ray must make restitution of the $4,000 unearned fee.

So ordered.
