Alex and Mary Lee Lockhart appeal from the trial court’s order granting summary judgment in favor of Associates Financial Services Company of Wisconsin, Inc. The trial court concluded that Associates Financial received a mortgage free and clear of the Lockharts’ adverse claim to the property because Associates Financial was a subsequent good-faith purchaser for value. The Lockharts claim that whether or not Associates Financial reasonably searched the Milwaukee County Register of Deeds’ office and thus should have had notice of their interest in the property is a disputed question of fact.
We affirm.
