Dorian Stock and Beth Zurkowski appeal from judgments convicting them of two counts of failing to provide adequate shelter to animals confined outdoors.
Defendants make four arguments: (1) the criminal complaints did not provide adequate notice of the charges against them; (2) the jury instruction given did not contain an essential element of the crime; (3) trial counsel was ineffective for failing to object to the instruction; and (4) the evidence was insufficient to convict them.
We affirm the judgments but remand to correct errors in the judgments of conviction.
