Harold Grimes appeals a judgment convicting him of carrying a concealed weapon. Grimes contends that article I, section 25 of the Wisconsin Constitution, which provides that “people have the right to keep and bear arms,” renders sec. 941.23 unconstitutional.

This court disagrees and affirms the judgment.
