Hack Farms Inc., appeals a money judgment in favor of plaintiff The Scharine Group Inc. The issues are whether the circuit court properly allowed Scharine’s claim and whether the circuit court properly dismissed Hack’s counterclaim, both on summary judgment.

We affirm.
