Loyal L. Berg and Cheryl A. Berg appeal from the judgment dismissing their complaint against Dr. James E. Cauley for medical malpractice. The issue on appeal is whether the trial court erred when it refused to grant the Bergs’ motion for a new trial.

Because we conclude that the trial court did not err, we affirm.
