01-0967-CR State v. Taylor

By: dmc-admin//April 15, 2002

William D. Taylor appeals from the judgment of conviction entered against him and the order denying his motion for postconviction relief. The issue on appeal is whether Taylor received ineffective assistance of trial counsel. Because Taylor failed to provide the testimony of trial counsel, we conclude that he waived all issues relating to ineffective assistance of counsel.

Consequently, we affirm the judgment and order.
