In this stray voltage case, Wisconsin Electric Power Company (“WEPCO”) appeals the judgment upholding the jury’s verdict for money damages and the circuit court’s order for abatement. Allan and Beverly Hoffmann cross-appeal, claiming the circuit court erred in refusing to submit a special verdict question to the jury. We address each of the issues raised by the parties in turn.

Judgment affirmed.
