Jessie L. Jollie appeals from a judgment entered after a jury found him guilty of battery. He also appeals from an order denying his postconviction motion. Jollie argues that the trial court erroneously advised him regarding the substance of the closing argument and such advice precluded him from presenting a more persuasive closing argument.

Because the trial court did not err, this court affirms.
