Where attorney Sharon A. Davison billed the State Public Defender (SPD) for parking expenses not actually incurred by her office in cases in which the SPD had appointed her, we agree with the Office of Lawyer Regulation that this constitutes conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit and misrepresentation within the meaning of SCR 20:8.4(c)) and warrants her suspension from the practice of law for six months.
