Where attorney Thomas D. Baehr failed to keep a client informed about the status of a matter, willfully failed to cooperate with the Office of Lawyer Regulation grievance investigations, failed on termination of the representation to take steps to protect a client’s interests and failed to act with reasonable diligence and promptness in representing a client, we agree with that attorney Baehr should be suspended from the practice of law for six months and should make restitution of $500 to one client as discipline for his misconduct.
So ordered.
