Jesse A. Marcelle appeals a judgment of the circuit court finding him guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant and operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited alcohol concentration. Marcelle contends the court erred in denying his motions to suppress evidence of his blood alcohol content.

For the following reasons, we affirm.
