Listen to this article

Linda A.W. appeals from an order terminating her parental rights to Cody A.W. She claims that: 1) the trial court should not have terminated Linda A.W.’s parental rights to Cody; 2) there was insufficient evidence to sustain the jury’s finding that Cody was in continuing need for protection and services under Wis. Stat. § 48.415(2), which was a predicate to the termination of Linda A.W.’s rights to Cody; and 3) the trial court denied her due process of law.

We affirm.
