Bowmar Appraisal Inc. appeals a judgment which awarded some $60,000 to the Town of Monroe for Bowmar’s breach of a contract. Bowmar contends that the Town lacked standing to bring the contract claim because the Town was neither a party to nor a third-party beneficiary of Bowmar’s contract with the Department of Revenue.

We agree and reverse the appealed judgment.
