Kevin McCrary appeals from an order dismissing his complaint challenging a Labor and Industry Review Commission (LIRC) decision. LIRC concluded that although McCrary was entitled to temporary disability payments for a back injury he suffered in March 1998, he was not entitled to permanent partial disability.

We affirm the order.
