Listen to this article

Rosemarie Parsons appeals judgments convicting her of two counts of causing mental harm to a child, one count of recklessly causing bodily harm to a child, and one count of failing to prevent bodily harm. She also appeals an order denying postconviction relief. Parsons argues that defense counsel was ineffective for failing to move to strike a juror for cause and failing to object to hearsay statements of one of the victims.

We affirm the judgments and order.
