Western Surety Company appeals a summary judgment ordering Western to pay $13,200 for contribution to Capitol Indemnity Corporation. Western argues that: (1) the terms of its indemnity bond between Western and its principal were not met; (2) Capitol and Western are not liable for the same obligation; and (3) Capitol did not pay more than its fair share.

We disagree and affirm the judgment.
