Wayne L. Sohn and his insurer, Wilson Mutual Insurance Company (Wilson), together with State Farm Insurance Companies (State Farm), appeal a judgment of the trial court in which the trial court found that Sohn was not acting as a “volunteer” for the City of New Holstein (City) as defined in the City’s general liability insurance policy issued by Wausau Underwriters Companies (Wausau). Wilson and State Farm argue that Sohn was a “volunteer” and therefore an insured under Wausau’s policy.

We agree and therefore reverse the judgment.
