Michael A. Schwaller appeals from the portion of the property division of the judgment of divorce which awarded the marital residence to Tammy L. Schwaller. Michael argues on appeal that the circuit court misused its discretion when it awarded the residence to Tammy.

We conclude that the circuit court properly exercised its discretion and affirm the judgment of the circuit court.
