Casey J. Shelton appeals a judgment of conviction for operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited alcohol concentration, fourth offense. He contends the trial court erred in concluding that the officer had probable cause to arrest him.

We conclude that the officer did have probable cause and therefore affirm.
