Listen to this articleThe Sheboygan County Department of Health and Human Services (Department) appeals from an order of the trial court dismissing a petition to terminate Julie A.B.’s parental rights to Prestin T.B. The Department argues that the trial court applied the wrong legal standard in dismissing the petition.
We disagree and affirm the order of the trial court.
