Listen to this article

Stacy Davis appeals a judgment convicting him of two counts of recklessly endangering safety, and an order denying postconviction relief. He argues that his trial counsel rendered ineffective assistance because he failed to make an appropriate offer of proof, failed to conduct an adequate investigation and failed to present relevant evidence.

We reject these arguments and affirm the judgment and order.
