Ryan Rumlow appeals a judgment of conviction for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant. He claims that the arresting officer did not have probable cause to administer a preliminary breath test. Rumlow thus contends that the trial court erred by denying his motion to suppress evidence.
This court concludes that the officer had a sufficient legal basis to administer a preliminary breath test and therefore the judgment is affirmed.
This opinion will not be published.
