This appeal arises out of a dispute between James Jessie, on the one hand, and John and Laura Gulso, on the other, regarding access easements James claims on the Gulsos’ property. The circuit court granted summary judgment in favor of James, and the Gulsos appeal. ¶2 For the reasons we explain below, we affirm. We also deny James’ motion for attorney fees. Not recommended for publication in the official reports.
