Maria Castillo-Dominguez appeals a judgment of conviction for first-degree reckless homicide, see WIS. STAT. § 940.02(1) (2011- 12), and an order denying her motion for postconviction relief. CastilloDominguez contends that the circuit court erred in denying her motion to suppress incriminating statements made by her to law enforcement officers during a noncustodial interrogation. She also contends that she is entitled to a new trial on the basis of ineffective assistance of counsel. For the reasons discussed below, we affirm.
