Richard Parks appeals the circuit court’s order that denied his motion to revise the physical placement of his two children with Kendra Papcke-Parks. Richard argues that the circuit court erred by (1) converting Kendra’s “motion to dismiss” Richard’s motion to revise physical placement into a summary judgment motion and misapplying summary judgment standards; (2) granting Kendra’s motion and denying Richard’s motion without an evidentiary hearing; and (3) awarding Kendra $2,000 in attorney’s fees.
