Focus: Probable Cause

Jimmie C. Johnson appeals from judgments of conviction for two counts of possession with intent to deliver and bail jumping and an order denying his postconviction motion. Johnson argues that police did not have probable cause to stop his vehicle and arrest him. We conclude that based on a citizen informant’s tip and subsequent police investigation, there was probable cause to arrest Johnson for possession of heroin. We affirm
