MILWAUKEE (AP) — A man who authorities say viciously killed two men in Milwaukee has been added to the FBI’s list of 10 most-wanted fugitives.

Authorities allege 24-year-old Terry Strickland fired into a group of men on July 17 after an argument, then shot a man lying on the ground various times and shot a second man in the head. Both died at the scene.

The FBI says Strickland fled the scene, leaving his 18-month-old daughter behind inside the house.

Strickland was charged in July in Milwaukee County Circuit Court with two counts of first-degree intentional homicide, and an arrest warrant was issued. In October, he was charged federally with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

A reward of up to $100,000 is being offered for any information leading directly to his arrest.
