MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A Madison man accused of fatally shooting a former grocery store co-worker has pleaded guilty to charges.

Twenty-four-year-old Caroline Nosal was killed last February outside the Metro Market after Christopher O’Kroley was fired from the store. The 26-year-old O’Kroley blamed Nosal for losing his job after she complained to management that he was harassing her.

The State Journal says O’Kroley pleaded guilty to first-degree intentional homicide Thursday in Dane County Circuit Court and entered the same plea to first-degree reckless endangerment for shooting at a police officer who arrested him the day after Nosal was killed.
