Juvenile Delinquency – Abuse of Discretion

Venue: WI Court of Appeals – District II

Case Name: State of Wisconsin v. T.D.M.

Case No.: 2015AP2289

Officials: GUNDRUM, J.

T.D.M. appeals a nonfinal order waiving juvenile court jurisdiction over him. He argues the circuit court erroneously exercised its discretion when it determined it would be contrary to T.D.M.’s and the public’s best interests to retain him in the juvenile court system. We disagree and affirm.
