This appeal stems from an order dismissing a class action brought against the Department of Children and Families and its secretary Eloise Anderson (collectively referred to as DCF). Daphne F. Eiland and the other appellants (hereafter collectively referred to as Eiland unless the context otherwise requires) are child care providers claiming that DCF took their private contracts with customers without just compensation and violated their substantive due process rights.The circuit court dismissed Eiland’s amended complaint, and we affirm
