High court to hear 5 oral arguments in February

The Wisconsin Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in five cases this month.

The cases come from Dane, Eau Claire, Lincoln, Milwaukee and Waukesha counties. All oral arguments will be heard in the Wisconsin Supreme Court Hearing Room, 231 East, in the Capitol, according to a news release.

On Thursday, the justices will hear oral arguments in Albert Moustakis vs. Wisconsin Department of Justice and Office of Lawyer Regulation vs. James Gatzke.

The court will hear three cases on Feb. 24: John Doe 56 vs. Mayo Clinic Health – Eau Claire Clinic Inc.; Milwaukee Police Association v. City of Milwaukee; and Sonja Blake v. Debra Jossart.

The court is also scheduled to release a decision in Joshua Jarrett v. Board of Bar Examiners on Feb. 25.
