OSHKOSH, Wis. (AP) — An Oshkosh man convicted of supplying a deadly dose of heroin has been sentenced to more than two years in prison.
WLUK-TV reports 33-year-old Patrick Brown was sentenced Monday.
Brown also was placed on extended supervision for five years, according to online court records.
He pleaded no contest to first-degree reckless homicide by delivering drugs for the February overdose death of 31-year-old Nicholas Aaronson. Authorities say the Redgranite man died in Oshkosh of heroin toxicity.
