Reinhart, SPD to host appeals clinic

On June 9, Professor Jeff Fisher of Stanford Law School’s Supreme Court Litigation Clinic will run a workshop for appellate attorneys at the Wisconsin State Public Defender. Colleagues from the Federal Defender Services of Wisconsin will also attend.

The workshop will focus on writing effective petitions for writ of certiorari. Fisher has argued 27 cases to the U.S. Supreme Court and is widely recognized both as an expert on the subject and as one of the nation’s leading appellate lawyers.

Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. is sponsoring the event at its Waukesha office media center.
