Who’s Doing What: Attorneys join firms; Miske named to WHD’s board

DeWitt welcomes Van Camp to Madison office

DeWitt Ross & Stevens S.C., recently announced the addition of senior associate Elijah Van Camp to its Litigation Practice Group. He will be based in the firm’s Madison office.

His experience includes not only intellectual property litigation but also the defense of civil litigation, including professional liability, personal injury, construction claims and general liability.

Van Camp earned his law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law.

Miske named to Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek’s board

Daniel Miske has been elected to Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C.’s Board of Directors. Fellow board members are Patrick Howell, Jerard Jensen, Andrew Jones, Joseph Pickart and Kim Wynn.

Miske is the Condominium and HOA Law Team Leader and a shareholder practicing out of WHD’s Milwaukee and Madison offices. He concentrates his practice in the areas of Wisconsin condominium, homeowner association, real estate and business law.

Hall, Render, Killian, Heath & Lyman has announced that associate attorneys Sarah Semrow and James Junger have joined the firm’s Milwaukee office.

Semrow focuses her practice on counseling health care clients in business and transactional matters and assisting in the analysis of general health law matters and regulatory and compliance concerns, including Stark and Anti-Kickback analysis, new facility licensure issues, physician contracting, medical staff bylaws review and general hospital contracting.

She received her law degree from the Marquette University Law School in 2014.

Junger practices within the firm’s health section, focusing his practice on electronic health records, general business transactions and services, hospital and physician transactions, pharmacy and pharmacy benefit management, reimbursement appeals and litigation and teaching hospitals and graduate medical education.

He earned his law degree from the University of Wisconsin in 2014.

Stafford Rosenbaum adds 9 attorneys

Stafford Rosenbaum LLP has announced the addition of nine attorneys to the firm’s Madison office.

Effective March 1, Robert Lee, H. Robert Kilkelly, Loren Paulson, Jeffrey Younger, Thomas Brush, Paul Schwarzenbart, Scott Seid, Robert Grulke and Jeffrey Schneider will be joining the firm.

The attorneys bring with them a wealth of experience in diverse areas of the law including business, real estate, trusts and estates, employment, family, intellectual property and litigation. With the addition of these individuals, Stafford Rosenbaum is now a 50-attorney firm.

Foley & Lardner promotes attorneys

combined-022515Foley & Lardner has promoted Karl Reichenberger and Kadie Jelenchick to partner in the Milwaukee office and Theresa Nickels to partner in the Madison office.

Reichenberger is a member of the Mechanical and Electromechanical Technology, Green Energy Technologies, and Electronics Practices.

Jelenchick is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice.

Nickels is a member of the firm’s Insurance & Reinsurance Litigation, Business Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Distribution and Franchise Practices, and the Insurance and Reinsurance Industry Team.
