LA CROSSE, Wis. (AP) — A Minnesota man accused of causing the death of his 3-year-old daughter in Wisconsin has agreed to extradition.

Thirty-year-old Dylan Bartsch, of Altura, Minn., is charged with child neglect resulting in death and physical abuse of a child, both counts as party to the crime.

Bartsch and his girlfriend, 24-year-old Jaymie Rundle, of Holmen, are accused of causing the death of Audryna Grace Bartsch last October. Prosecutors say the toddler suffered physical injuries, malnutrition and dehydration and may have been forced to ingest salt.

The La Crosse Tribune reports Bartsch and Rundle have four children together, who have been placed with family members. Rundle is facing the same charges and is due in court next Wednesday.
