Juveniles – TPR – sufficiency of the evidence

APPEALS from orders of the circuit court for Milwaukee County: JOHN J. DIMOTTO, Judge. Affirmed.

Michelle M. appeals orders terminating her parental rights to her three children, Christopher E., Skylar E., and Trystan E. Michelle argues that there was insufficient evidence to support a jury verdict that she failed to assume parental responsibility for her children, that the ground of failure to assume parental responsibility was unconstitutional as applied to her, and that she received ineffective assistance of counsel. We affirm.

DISTRICT I; Milwaukee County; JOHN J. DIMOTTO; KESSLER, J.
