Scott L. Berggren and Victoria W. Berggren (“Scott and Victoria”) appeal a circuit court order denying their motion to reopen a default judgment and
foreclosure. Scott and Victoria argue that a Settlement Agreement and Release entered between Floyd Berggren (Scott’s father) and Community Bank and
Trust (“Community Bank”) released the claim on which Community Bank’s foreclosure action was based. We affirm.
