Criminal Procedure — ineffective assistance — new trials
James Norquay appeals a judgment following a jury trial for second-degree sexual assault of a child, three counts of sexual assault of a child by a foster parent, and two counts of incest with a child. Norquay also challenges the denial of his postconviction motion. He argues ineffective assistance of trial counsel, and also seeks a new trial in the interest of justice. We reject his arguments and affirm.
